PRD is 3 letters, e.g. COF - This is the product or services code for what you are buying COF = coffee

VENDR is 5 letters e.g. BLAKB - This is the code for the vendor you're buying from. BLAKB is Blackbird cafe

Total is 15 characters with "-" minus sign between each.
